EarthKind® displays a wide-ranging portfolio of plant-based pest prevention products. These products have been widely acknowledged as superior-quality pest control solutions. They have been paving the way for sustainable approaches towards pest control, setting off a new movement encouraging environmentally friendly products.
The portfolio was recently expanded with the addition of 3 new environmental certifications to its archive of accolades. The brand announced its newly acquired status of being a Climate Neutral Certified establishment. In addition, the brand also secured the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Certification of BioPreferred Product Label. This reflects the extensive indulgence of its line of sustainable pest repellents in biobased content formulations.
Establishing itself as a neutral climate initiative, EarthKind® has successfully neutralized the 2020 carbon footprint of the company. It continues to enhance its work on reducing future emissions. Climate Neutral Certified is a significant achievement as its the leading consumer label designating the chosen products for carbon neutrality. Brands voluntarily indulge in addressing the climate change and greenhouse gas emissions generated during the production and operation activities. Some of the products of Earth-Kind certified as 100% Biobased include their Stay Away® Moths, Ants, Spiders, and cockroach repellents.
Further, the brand’s Stay Away® Rodent, along with the Fresh Cab® Botanical Rodent Repellent, is certified as 98% Biobased. USDA acts as the third-party verifier under its BioPreferred Program, administering the certification to the designated brands since 2002. The Farm Bill displaying the program was reauthorized back in 2018.
